Coming to Madison need advice

Hey, South Carolina Gamecock here heading to Madison for first time.
Was going to try to get a ticket for the basketball game vs NW.
How hard are tickets to get outside the arena?
What is a cool spot to get food and beers before the game? (Where do the alums go? Prefer a more alumni type spot as opposed to just college kids as I am not as young as I use to be.)
Anything other advice or comments are appreciated.

I dunno. Maybe something about why we need guns, in case the government becomes tyranical, maybe, who remembers.
I mean the Left was inches away from Consolidating their power and Hillary got whooped, a minor miracle.
We saw what life was under Obama and Holder and That crew and what it would have been by now had Hillary been elected.
No more free speech, anything they didn’t like would be HATE speech, more disadvantaging men, etc. Etc.
