11am vs 2:30

the intensity going in to the Iowa game was much less than the Hawaii game obviously because of start time. I know it's all about the X's and O's and all the joes but I think 2:30 starts are now worth a few Vegas line points over a 11am start. Some one has to explain to me why big ten west gets 11am starts while some big ten east games get a late start.
