Clearly SEC has a huge advantage playing one less in league game.
That extra game is what might have killed OSU, they lost to Iowa, maybe they have 1 loss if we played 8 games and maybe Bama has 2 losses if they played Georgia or someone else in their conference with a 9th game.
The extra game means HALF of your conference, by definition gets an extra loss with all teams playing each other one more game..

If Wisconsin played Mercer instead of Michigan, maybe we're healthier and better rested too.
