so, I finally have gotten to see him play two games and I think I'm starting to see his deal.
1. He's a good scorer, he can really shoot, looks for his shot and posted a shorter player up tonight for an easy 3 point play.
2.much better passer than I had heard, has good vision and can definitely feed Happ and move it against the zone.
3.much better defender than I expected, stays with smaller players and can even block their shots off the drive.
4. Very solid Defensive rebounder.
5. soft player who doesn't finish well under the hoop off the pass or offensive rebound.
Overall, I'm a bit disappointed in his ability to finish and he doesn't look comfortable in the offense , still figuring out where he belongs and how best to space himself.
He could struggle against brutish Big Ten power forwards who try to post him up but that's why he has teammates to help.
He can shoot and should help us a lot there.
Ps: Trice dribbles. Too much!
