A bit chilly here in Madison for football practice, but here are a few quick notes from Friday's practice.
-- AJ Jordan and Devin Gaulden both sat out of practice again today. Jordan had a walking boot on his left foot, so it seems like he could miss some time.
-- It looked like Rob Wheelwright sustained an injury while running a route during practice. He left with a trainer about halfway through the session.
-- Tanner McEvoy worked at receiver a little bit during the day. That's the first time I've seen him work at WR during the actual practice time instead of just after practice.
-- Not a great day for the quarterbacks during 7 on 7. They were picked off three times between two sessions. Team drills went a little better- Stave in particular threw the ball better in those drills.
