Went to the Tosa East-West game last Friday to watch Ertl. He looked good but it's hard to judge when you playing across the line against people who are 60 to 80 pounds lighter than him. His physique tells me his future is as a defensive lineman.
But another player on the West team caught my eye, a sophmore lineman by the name of a Cameron Jackson. He's 6'-5" and weighs 270 pounds. What got my attention was his quickness and his speed down the field. For a tenth grader I was impressed. The only thing we don't know is the academics.
To me he has a good chance at the next level if he works at it.
