Hard to figure out what Gard will do with this line-up.... A lot of guys with potential including some freshman ... Wondering if he plays guys who have been around longer or guys who are new ... The guys I list first at each position are those who I think will start, then 2nd string is next

PG- Trice , Davison
SG- Pritzl, King
3 - Iverson, Ford
F- Van Vliet, Ilikanien
C- Happ, Thomas

Ilikanien and Thomas are kind of interchangeable, can sub at either spot. I think Charlie Thomas and Ilikanien will be career back up players... being in the same graduating class as Happ, and also being much shorter than AVV with less potential, I cant see them starting but they will both get some time.

Davison Could play some PG or some shooting guard. Likely will behind Pritzl (although im curious to see if Davison could potentially be a better shooter than Pritzl and may play better D).

King- I think he is a guy that will be hard to keep off the floor. He is going to be the next great Badger in my opinion based on size, athletic ability, shooting ability, etc etc... If pritzl is having an off shooting night king may get more time at the 2 than Pritzl, but can also sub as a 3 although Ford has better size. (could be devin harris type player eventually)

We are going to have to see if Iverson can score. He does pretty much everything well and has improved a great deal, but he cant really shoot... thats tough... maybe king or ford jumps him in rotation?

Reuvers may red shirt and get stronger, Moesch will probably even be ahead of him in the lineup as a senior. The problem here is that if he redshirts this year or doesnt get much time, he will still be behind Happ/AVV/ Thomas / Ilikanien even NEXT year... may be a guy who we first see getting time in his redshirt sophmore year.

Pritzl- Think he was either over hyped as a shooter or let the hype get to him... potential here to be either great, or a guy who gets a mental block and cant hit a shot.... Im hoping his D gets better and he can start making close to 40 percent from 3, or Davison/king is gonna be fighting him for minutes at the 2 guard...

Van Vliet- Im hoping all this talk from Gard about AVV playing harder and growing as a player actually means HE IS GOING TO PLAY.... if he is stuck behind Thomas and Alex I, I am going to be very frustrated... still a guy I think we need to START in order to be good... not going to help us much in his career if he is a guy that comes off the bench the next couple years... need him to emerge this year in my opinion, or the hype we have been hearing about the 7 foot kid who can shoot like kaminski is pretty much going to die... Either he starts this year right off the bat or he probably would have been better off going home and making some money the past few years... little harsh, but whats the point if hes behind charlie and alex?

Ford- I think he will have a break out year as a true 3-wing... with his height he should work the mid range, pound the boards, get drives all the way to the rim, and hit the occasional 3... (think dekker).
Very excited to see this kid play and improve. May be a guy that starts over Iverson my mid year or next year

I think Anderson is going to surprise a lot of people and be very solid at PG. He is a guy that averaged 10 pts, 3 assists, 3 rebounds , started 20 some games for a D1 team, very solid. Too bad he has to sit out this year due to transfer rules or he would be my back up PG
