It's a perfect pair. My hope is Jim stays here till Chryst wants to be done. Then take over himself. Does he need to go somewhere else first as a head coach? Maybe. Wouldn't hurt...although we'll need a pupil of his to steer the ship while he's gone...In that time out on his own he'll find who he'll want to be his OC, then come back...
