From what I saw in three years of press conferences, he has a difficult time expressing emotion and the ability to motivate. Yes, he made more than his share of mistakes, mostly PLEASE have someone in your PR world work with him on how to address media and fans. This instead of " Akron
Played a good game " blank stare ....any question after being totally out played by who Akron.
Hope he does well.

Wisconsin Fan's, pay no attention to that poster..at Pitt we have a loud vocal minority that have no idea the good that PC did for the Pitt Program...He came into a cluster F--k of a situation & in 3 years has changed it totally around to where at least now we can go forward w/ a foundation. Our O-L ine is about to become 1 of the best in the ACC if not Country, players like TBoyd & James Conner are All American's as just Soph's. yet these same group of fan's say he could not recruit. Our D suffered w/ a total lack of any upperclass depth or serious talent, not PC's fault.Any coach need's to be allowed time to do their work. At Pitt the same people think a coach should be given a 3-4 year timeframe or else they cry ..same old Pitt.
Point is you got yourself a very good football coach that will only get better year after year. Good Luck going forward.
