Does MSU and IOWA losses help us with recruiting?

So does Sparty getting spanked along with Iowa's embarrassing loss help us in recruiting?

I know we lose guys because of admittance to these schools typically. So is there anyone that would be eligible that we can flip?


Or do they choose a rising Michigan or other Big Ten power ahead of us?

Or does Aranda leaving offset the majority of any possible flips?
