than last year but, he's a TE and looks like he may be slimmer rather than heavier, not much meat on him for blocking, looks more like a taller H-back type than an INLINE TE for the running game.
GUess we will be throwing it a lot against the better teams.
I still don't see a desire ot be BArry ALvarez big, both on the OL and TE/FB's.
Thought Edwards would be a teriffic 275 LB blocking TE with the altheticism to catch it in the redzone and downfield but i guess they needed to make room for the other young TE's.
SAME deal with the FB's.
Thought Leon could carry 245 lbs and be a battering ram both as a blocker and as a runner on short yardages, so we could run it down people's throats and play BArryBAll.
Guess Chryst is more interested in a varied offense which should bring us better QB's and receivers long term but might not bring us more wins.
TIme will, hell this season is a test for Chryst too.
