Who goes first? This has to get resolved quickly. Does Gene Smith take one for the team and 'resign', saving some face for Urb? Zach Smith and Urb already threw him under the bus. He's older, well compensated and knew of the incidents so I don't see how he stays and I'm sure he gets a golden parachute to enjoy retirement.
