I see Governor Evers is proposing $290mm from tax revenue surplus for assisting the Brewers. Part of his logic is it would save a lot of $ by not having to bond. Does the same logic apply for UW's new practice arena? With all the positive energy for football I'd like to see icing on the cake and get that process started asap!
