Groshek has now rushed 24 times and averaged 7 yards a carry. Shaw is averaging 3.9 yards on 62 carries and James has 5.1 yards on 29 carries. I get that some of Groshek's carries has been against tired defenses in blow outs, but he's starting to put up better numbers mid game. If he was a big time recruit, I think everyone would agree he's our second best back. Is the sample size too small to anoint him?
