Ohio State will be favored at home over Michigan, and the rest of their games.
Penn State will be favored in the rest of their games.
Assuming favorites hold serve, Penn State wins the East by winning H2H tiebreaker with OSU.
Wisconsin probably favored over Penn State in Indy.
Big Ten Champ should go to the Playoff.
