Harbaugh is trying hard to flip No. 1 kicker recruit Quinn Nordin from Penn State to Michigan. When the open recruiting period begins on Thursday morning, Harbaugh plans to be at Nordin's house for a sleepover.
“Under the exact rules, he’s going to be at my house at 12:01 he said. That’s when it’s legal for him to be at my house,” Nordin told Scout. “He said we can watch a movie, see how well we gel and he said he would sleep over after that.”
Nordin even told Allen Trieu that Harbaugh offered to go to school with him the next day. Harbaugh apparently got a lot of laughs from Nordin when he said he would sleep on the floor and that all he needed was a piece of carpet that’s 6-foot-3 to crash on. He later decided that he would sleep on the floor in Nordin’s room.
