Hicks, Taylor and Nelson, it would be PARTY time, it would be huge, as arguably they would be our three fastest and most athletic players in this class.
Apparently Hicks had a shoulder injury before this season and couldn't test when others were showing their stuff and he fell through the cracks a bit but ran an electronic 4.57 as a jr, I'm guessing he can run even faster now but 4.57 is better than many Badger starting CBS have had in the past as Juniors and he's a physical kid too.
We know Taylor is not only a tough , inside runner with nimble feet but he is a sprinter, would be the fastest player in this class and a top 3 on the team I'm sure.
Both of these kids would be great gets at this late stage.
Add Nelson to the mix, a versatile football player, an athlete at 6'2 190 with elite quickness who can
return kicks play a much needed safety, not sure if he's more like a taller Caputo or a shorter
Tanner McAvoy or maybe a blend of both, and if we ended with those three, this indeed would end up a GREAT recruiting class for Chryst and his star recruiter Coach Settle.
