Clemson basically got a free pass when they lost to Syracuse because their qb missed some of the game.
Look at what we’ve lost!
- our #1 linebacker ( cichy is a 1st team all big ten lock type player), yet we are still the best D in the country.
- our projected #1 and #3 RBs from the start of the season ( Shaw and Deal), yet we come up with a Heisman type player to fill in
- our #1 and #2 WRs (peavy and Cepheus ), yet you could argue we are strong as ever at WR
- our very important #2 TE is out. Our #1 TE missed time against our best competition as well.
- another starting linebacker (Orr) missed time, we filled in.
- had injuries on the OL all year and guys swapped spots, never missed a beat.
