It could be.
Northwestern won't hold up IMO, they'll have two-three losses before it's over, Nebraska IMO is a bad fit against both Iowa and Wisconsin this year and Minn isn't good enough.
If Iowa and UW both end up 1-2 loss teams this game will decide.
