for my NE theory.

In review, I believe that the type of kids who ARE 3.5-4 STARS that are worth getting from NJ will mostly, in the end Choose to go to RUTGERS, PSU, Maryland and other schools where their parents can drive to the games.
Sure, a once in a blue moon QB like Coan will fall into our laps because he loved the depth chart and sure a kid with WISCONSIN connections like Hescock is worth recruiting anywhere in the country but overall, I think we're just going ot get leftovers and maybe kids who's best offer is Rutgers.
Obviously if they get Mich/OSU offers anywhere, we have a tough go of it but expecially in the NY/NJ/COnn areas.
To me, you recruit specific players like Taylor on occasion but you don't spend huige amopunts of rescources on these kids.
Hell, TAylor is a RB, this is RB U and he saw the best game and weekend in years and still isn't ready to jump, to decommit form Rutgers becuase his friends and family can come to 6-7-8 games a year there, including a drive to close enough PSU & Maryland every other year.
We should be recruiting OHIO heavier,Illini, Mizzou DAKOTA"S,Canada, TEXAS, Oklahoma, COL, ARIZONA, NEVADA, California more and of course the deep south.
It should be just as easy to get kids from CAL as from NJ, easier IMO.
Some will want Big Ten and we'd be as good a landing spot as anyone else.
Of course if TAylor verbals I'm an idiot but what i say has a lot of validity.
