Does the team have a leader? There's no senior to fill the role. There doesn't seem to be anyone this year like Jackson or Gasser who would take control in huddles, show some emotion, or hold teammates accountable. Perhaps Nigel or Bronson do this off the court, but they are both very quiet on the floor.and don't show much emotion at all. From the practice reports it sounded like Hill was the vocal leader but that has limited benefit because he's been unable to earn playing time.
