I think the program made a smart hire when Kolodziej & Chryst hired Shaun Snee as a S&C Asst with an expertise in nutrition.... he was brought in a year ago & I recall Chryst praising him on his radio show last fall....

I cringe when this board emphasizes weight gain.... I think you mean good weight but I'm not sure.... but there are examples of cats adding muscle while also cutting fat, and that's where Snee comes in by helping the players "learn how to eat" as he says in the linky

* Sagapolu....cut 11# of fat....while adding 15# of lean body mass
* Alec James added 5# of lean body mass
* Hornibrook....added 7# of lean body mass while cutting 3% body fat
* Kare Lyles cut 20# of fat since spring
* Coan "...improved all my lifts"
* Jamerson...previously reported a 405# bench press.... another source reports a 555# squat (yep, he has the size & strength to play safety)

I really like the direction of our S&C led by Kolodziej.....big part of player development & it's much more than the weights we read on the roster
