So, unfortunately, had to watch this game, while entertaining 40 people at my house for first leg of a 3 leg progressive party, Saturday night. I watched the entired game but was distracted and missed some details that I am finding out gradually. So Sheehy didn't play at all? I knew he was questionable but didn't realize he didn't play at all. Alec james, only played some? What happened to him? Those are huge bad circustances, that frankly, I am surprised we didn't lose by more. The d back failure, I did not see coming. It is not as if these receivers were world beaters. Godwin is their best and he was controlled. was it mostly Figaro? some Jamerson? Really disappointing to see a d back failure but with no pressue, it will happen. Just seems like their receivers won all the 50/50 balls. Any thoughts that I might have missed is appreciated. going to the cotton bowl over the rose bowl is a huge bummer but at least we were never going to the final four, no matter how much we won by. at 28-7, I thought it was going to get ugly and that td by ped state at end of half, really hurt, momentum.
