I looked through some mock draft sites and see Nigel listed anywhere from 27 to 37. The consensus seems to be that this year's draft is exceptionally weak and will be stronger next year. If Nigel concludes that he has a good chance to be picked at the end of the first round I'm sure he will declare.
I don't know if there is a formal draft grade process like with the NFL or if it comes down to hearing from teams through back channels. Any NBA draft experts out there care to weigh in?
