Little article in the Journal Sentinel about the IRS having sent a memo to schools about tax exempt NIL Foundations and paying players. The rules are going to change and donations will likely not be tax exempt to the NIL Foundations. The NIL Foundations have a time limit where they have to report their financial information so we will see who spent big dollars And what players got paid. Will be interesting to see what new recruits are making.
