This is obviously an opinion comparison, and I am a huge packer fan... that being said.
It really frustrates me when people say Brady is the best to ever play the game. I do agree that he is one of the best ever to play, Likely top 3-5. Its hard to argue because the Patriots always win and even last night at 40 years old he threw for like 500 yards. Here are my thoughts:
-Brady is completely immobile. He cant scramble to get away from defenders.
- The Patriots offense is designed to get rid of the ball quick so Brady doesnt have to scramble. It is a series of routes, typically short routes to speed receivers and RBs who are quick enough to get open with a simple route and get the ball on the move. They get a ton of yards after the catch.
- Football is a team sport, you need great pieces around you and a great defense to be good over a long period of time.
-Brady can make all the throws, but if he is pressured and cant get rid of the ball quick the play is basically over.

Take a look at the Eagles. great all around team, not an elite QB but a good one. They have very good receivers, RBs, and a good defense. THis allows them to not need a great qb. The Patriots are similar in that they have a complete team, but they also have an Elite QB. This is why they are successful, not because Brady is the best ever. The vikings made it very far this year with a 2nd-3rd string QB as well because they had a good D.
-Now look at the packers. With Rodgers they are number 1 or 2 in the power rankings most of the time. WIthout him they are terrible, hence the firing of D-coordinator, ted thompson.

That brings me to my point. What if Rodgers was on the Patriots?? Do you think he could make dink and dunk passes to quick receivers and RBs? Do you think he could complete an occasional downfield pass? Hell yes... So could drew brees and a handful of other QBs throughout history. Brees has had a couple seasons of 5000 yards, im sure he would be great on an elite team like the patriots...
PLUS Rodgers could escape some heat in the pocket... I would argue that Rodgers would do better than Brady.

Now think if Brady was on the packers... would they be high up in the power ranking consistently like they are with rodgers? Could he escape the pocket under pressure, take as many hits, create as much on his own like Rodgers does? NO..... if a receiver wasnt open on a short route consistently, Brady would struggle... in fact, I think Brady would get killed out there if he was on the packers... Rodgers needs to buy time and typically looks for deeper routes than Brady does.

Again, this is just opinion, and Brady is awesome and he leads a lot of game winning drives in crunch time. He is one of the best to ever play the game.... but I would never trade rodgers for brady
