I think it's safe to say that we haven't seen a worse pair of OG's since Don Morton's teams....and even at that Morton had Chuck Belin who became a good player for Alvarez & was a high NFL draft choice....
something has to be done over the next two weeks otherwise Williams is going to personally get Stave killed.... since were almost out of warm-bodies, Maxwell is the only remaining reasonable option, maybe they need to do something different schematically.... I give Kapoi a pass because he's a freshman; it seems like he either makes a great block or be busts....frustrating!
in one of the earlier games the Badgers had success when they simplified their approach by almost exclusively going with zone blocking; Tauscher pointed this out during the radio broadcast ....and we had success when Houston played by rolling-the-pocket....not certain that Stave has the footwork to do this but maybe that's something to look for
