Didn't like him much as a player, but I personally love his analysis. Really good football mind. I don't think he's being over gassed in regards to his analysis. He could become the top analysis guy in the biz sooner rather than later. For all the football nuts and gurus out there, he brings next level insight and knowledge that isn't brought by many out there. Needs to let his personality come out to create more color (see Gruden) but his knowledge and insight is second to none IMO. Thoughts?
