Parking information for Wisconsin’s season opener vs. Utah State
Badgers kick off season with prime‐time matchup on Friday, Sept. 1
MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin football team opens its 2017 season by facing Utah State in a Friday night matchup that kicks off at 8 p.m. (CT) on Sept. 1. Due to the unique day and time of the game, it is important to remember and prepare for certain parking restrictions that will be in effect.
Fans with football‐specific parking permits can begin parking and tailgating in their assigned lots beginning at 5 p.m. on the day of the game. Fans with football‐specific permits may be denied access to their assigned lots prior to 5 p.m.
Things To Consider
• Plan ahead. You won’t be able to park as early in the day as you normally do for games.
• Consider alternate transportation options (walk, bike, carpool or ride public transit if possible).
• Know where you are going to park and the best way of getting there. Visit our Parking Maps page.
Shuttle Bus
• Consider riding the Bucky Shuttle running from Lots 60/76 and downtown ramps. Shuttle service begins at 6 p.m. and ends one hour after the conclusion of the game.
Accessible Parking
• A limited amount of accessible parking is available on a per‐game basis. For more information, please call the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office at (608) 262‐1440 or 1‐800‐GO‐BADGERS.
Day of Game Parking
• Limited parking is available in certain university lots.
