Going in to Conference Championship weekend most suggest that the top 4 is:
1)Alabama
2)OSU
3)Clemson
4)Washington
5-6 I've seen MI, Penn State and Oklahoma listed as well as WI.
Now I understand listing Penn State, we will settle that on the field, but how do you list MI in the Top 6. They have lost 2 of their last 3 and struggled with Indiana. They lost at Iowa #24(We Won) and in Overtime to OSU#2(So did we). They didn't leave the State of MI for the first 2 months of the season and beat Colorado without their starting QB.
WI losses are #2(overtime), at #5-8(MI). Both games in early October. I understand that if everyone wins out that we will be on the outside looking in, but IMO Penn State or WI should be the next team in if one of the top 4 loses.
We played MI with a beaten up offensive line, No Biegle, No Jamerson. The committee is supposed to consider injuries and game situations.
