Bronko Nagurski Trophy: Annually presented to the nation’s best defensive player.

Junior linebacker Vince Biegel:
Bednarik Award: Presented annually to college football’s outstanding defensive player.
Bronko Nagurski Trophy: Annually presented to the nation’s best defensive player.
Rotary Lombardi Award: Limited to down linemen or linebackers who set up no farther than five yards deep from the line of scrimmage.
