I'm one of the fans who think that depth is not necessarily good. Players don't get to go into a rhythm if they're constantly playing with new players shuttling in and out. We run a ball control offense that doesn't depend heavily on one-on-one match ups so precision passing, floor spacing and knowing their role on the court is very important.
We have the top 7 regulars and then Thomas if bulk is needed. I think we'll be going to 3 guard lineups more often against smaller teams. Hill's minutes are getting eaten up by Trice and Illikainen has looked tentative when he's on the court.
