I'm reasonably impressed with the development of the team, but 3 losses by very small margins needs to be corrected. Learning how to win is a skill and I'm hopeful Gard can get these guys over the hump. Earlier in the year I wouldn't think these guys would go into Indiana and win, nor play this well. Lots of things to clean up, but lots of good things are happening on the defensive side of the ball.

Hill is surprising a lot of people, including me....he's athletic and competently creative. Like his game at least early on.
