Things are actually playing out as expected. ND with a second loss. Georgia to have 2 losses. ACC champ to get in. Pac 12 champ with two losses and likely to be out. Big 12 champ could very well have 2 losses. Wisconsin beyond IN if runs the table. Nothing so surprising.
Wisconsin is still alive it it loses to Michigan, especially if Michigan beats OSU in Ann Arbor.
Lets give Bama and Clemson births, and have OU lose again. All realistic.

2 loss Big12 champ
2 loss Pac12 champ
2 loss Notre Dame
2 loss SEC runner up
ACC runner up Miami
1 loss Big Ten Champ
Not so clear cut, but Wisconsin would be considered in that scenario. If OU wins out, then pick one from above.
