In the NHL all replays are reviewed by a single replay team in Toronto and it produces a ton of reliable consistency that gives fans confidence in the calls. In college football, I believe, each game has a different replay official in each stadium. It would be a much better system if each conference had a single team of replay officials at their headquarters. So, all B1G reviews would be conducted in Chicago. I think it would produce not only much more consistency in the replay calls - but also more expertise in the reviews.
