So what do you guys think the perception of our team would be if:
we played alabama the first game and lost by 10-14 points, not a blow out, instead of playing Utah state. the rest of our schedule was exactly the same.
at this point we would have 1 loss to a very good team. We would have a win against top 25 northwestern, win against a ranked Iowa team this weekend, beat michigan who will likely be ranked next week, win B1G championship.
I almost feel like at this point we would have MORE respect, and if we won out and won the big ten championship there would be no question we would get in the playoff.
Do you think a loss to a good team at this point would be getting us more respect than being undefeated? or do you think we would be in a worse or the same position
