Great article talking about why the Wisconsin DC hire is so important for PC. After reading both of these articles, would rate Nate Woody as first choice & Eric Chinander (UCF) second choice.
Woody is the proven vet while Chinander has only 1 year of experience, but completely turned around UCF Defense, is a great recruiter who has recruited everywhere from his time at Oregon. Plus is from the Midwest & has coached OLB's.
Too many red flags IMO if you promote Tibs. JL could get more seasoning from Woody or Chinander & be ready when either would leave for promotion.
