MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin head football coach Luke Fickell announced three updates to the program’s support staff on Friday. Izayah Green-May and Brandon Rose will serve as Assistant Directors of Player Personnel and Jared Thompson assumes the role of College Scouting Coordinator for the 2024 season.

Izayah Green-May was promoted from his role as a Personnel/Recruiting Assistant on staff. Green-May, who played at Wisconsin from 2017-21 as an outside linebacker, appeared in 20 games as a Badger. A Bolingbrook, Ill., native, Green-May finished his playing career at Northern Illinois before a stint with the USFL’s Pittsburgh Maulers.

Brandon Rose joins the Badgers after spending the last three seasons as a Recruiting Specialist at Alabama. He has also spent brief stints with the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs.

Jared Thompson moves into a full-time role after starting his work with the Badgers as a recruiting student assistant in 2021. Thompson also worked with the offense as a student assistant coach during the 2022 season and slid into a recruiting and player personnel assistant role in 2023.
