Main thing is defense, obviously. It looks as though the identity is not there. What do we want to do on defense? If we're fronting the post, who draws the assignment for help defense? Spacing is poor. If there's a rebound, who's gonna take ownership of it?

Hayes played all 40 minutes, not surprising. Showalter played all 40 minutes, which is. Hill got 1 minute, not part of the regular rotation. As a defensive expert, the fact that he was on the bench tells a lot about the rest of his game.

A lot of missed bunnies, which will get better. Shooting, however, could be a struggle all season outside of the 2 veterans.

Brown shot too much, which was a momentum changer early in the 2nd half. He has to understand his role on the team. I like Iverson. He's the 6th man of the team.
