I looked at the scholarship distribution chart and it lists Moesch as a walk-on for this year and a scholarship player for next year. Has this been promised to him already? If Moesch is not on scholarship for next season than there is 1 spot open for 1 year which then gets used for a 2018 player.

Right now next year's team looks like it is going to have a lot of weaknesses and may really struggle to score. A Grad Transfer like Akeem Springs (Minn) or Reinhardt (Marq) who can score could really help.

I understand the Bo/Gard way is to value development and continuity. But they did take Shariff Chambliss and Zach Morley as transfers. Also what better continuity to maintain than their NCAA tourney streak and Big Ten top 4 streak?
