1. He didn't have Paul Chryst as his OC at Arkansas.
2. The walk-on program at Wisconsin helped more than people realize and recruiting to Arkansas was more difficult than to Wisconsin.
3. He had Barry Alvarez to lean on for advice at Wisconsin.
4. The players he recruited to Wisconsin better matched what he wanted to do than those recruited to Arkansas.

BB caught a down Big Ten and played for the most part nobody.
When he faced a good team , he usually lost, at best won less than fifty percent of the Losable games, the games where his talent didn’t totally out- man the competition, he was usually exposed.
