Paul Chryst is a good man. He fit well into the Pittsburgh scene and resurrected a Pitt program that was down on it's knees. He does have his faults, but I think that he will grow in his new "dream job". Hail To Pitt! On Wisconsin!
Thanks OP, Chryst isn't the next coming, not even of Saban or Urban Meyer, however he is functional and he will continue to improve, especially if he keeps the leftover staff from Gary Andersen's group.
