I'll be the first admit that I'm not a NIL expert by any stretch, but I'm wondering 1 thing. If Ford or GM or Kwik Trip offered AJ Storr a deal, couldn't they lock him in to a 3 year deal with a no transfer clause? Let's say that they offer him a guaranteed 500,00 with the caviat that he can't leave (other than going pro), is that possible?
