So Strick (on campus recruiting coordinator) and Ogelsby move on. Obviously everyone would agree that they need to develop professionally and wish them well.
I'm concerned about Strick's timing of leaving as the staff is heavily recruiting right now, and Strick being the on campus recruiting coordinator I'm imagining is a considerable help to the coaches. He's also developed some relationships....what is the ramification of him leaving now? Is this a friendly parting? And who is the next man up?
Ogelsby's timing is not a concern to me, but the fact he was well liked, Alvarez liked him and the players liked him, he's obviously a loss. Couple that with Rudolph doing two huge jobs, and was probably relying heavily on big Josh my concern lies in does he get replaced and how in the world is Rudy going to do both jobs effectively?
