I know Dekker has been hurt, but even when healthy he hasn't gotten any run. He got sent to the D League and since being recalled he hasn't played...at all. On the flip side he signed a 4 year $8MM contract.
If he returned to UW for his senior year he would have been one of the best returning players in college ball, and may have befitted more than anyone from Gard being named the head coach. Having said that I am not sure he could have improved his draft stock much. So given all that....did he make the right decision?
