Seen an article on Bleacher Report that said the Badgers were a loser in the portal. They referred to the following:
QB: lost TVD , Locke an MM was a negative compared to Edward’s and O’Brien. With TVD coming off a ACL I can’t say we lost here but likely improved.
RB: lost Walker. No additions. Technically a loss but with the young kids getting more time likely better off
DL: Thompson, Neal loss. Petersen, Suggs, Walker, Perkins. Thompson is a loss but again I see a better unit.
CB: XL is a loss. No argument.
WR: Pauling and Williams. Technically yes a loss. Still see a better unit. Especially if you include add TE to the list
OLB: loss listed was Lowery as DL. Really…. Reiger is better.
