Back when Fickel was hired there was numerous discussions on the need for the AD to make a move with Gard to elevate the basketball program. Just wondering what people's thoughts are now that Gard has survived the the criticism and has significantly improved the status of the basketball program and changing the system from a slow paced plan of attack to a high octane program. Pretty impressive to me.
