I think the issue with Havenstein is that 7 OT's were already off the board, if you want an OT, you have to take him there in the 2nd or he's not there when you draft in the third.
He was best OT left, probably better than 2-3 who were drafted ahead of him.

F.Agency & the CAP has changed the draft to being more about NEED and it has less rhyme and reason than it ever did.

Check out WR Tre McBride who was drafted in the 7th rd.His combine measurable are almost exactly the same as Devin Smith's in almost every important area, 40 yd, VJ, LJ, cones, almost exactly the same and he outweighs Devin Smith by 16 lbs so his size/speed ratios are actually better.Then watch his highlight reel, might have the best hands in the entire WR group AND he runs tricky double move, patterns against double teams with no help on his team. Smith is almost always single teamed on his highlight reel at OSU and had 5 star QB's and he goes in the early 2nd rd.
