Did you all see in the Packer game what Ty Montgomery did with the kickoff? What happened was the ball was kicked into the end zone (by the left pylon) and then bounced back into play and Ty then went got the ball (that was still in play) but put his feet out of bounds. The ref then called a penalty on the Lions for kicking it out of bounds even the ball was still in bounds but Ty's feet were out of bounds. Is this the same in college football ?
