Wisconsin offered Rivals250 defensive end Carlo Kemp of Boulder (Colo.) yesterday. The four-star prospect has drawn plenty of visitors this spring evaluation period and he's looking to narrow things down by the end of summer so he can take official visits to his top schools and then enroll early.
